Governor Brewer has ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday, July 30, 2012 in honor SSgt. Hammar. Governor Brewer previously ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, July 17, 2012 in honor of SSgt. Hammar who died on July 14, 2012 in Khost province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.

Governor Brewer previously ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday July 24, in honor of Staff Sgt. Richard L. Berry who died July 22nd in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
