Flag Status
Flags are at full staff.
In coordination with the Presidential Proclamation, all flags should be lowered to half-staff effective immediately in honor of John Glenn. The flags will remain at half-staff until the day of his interment which will be communicated as soon as it is announced.

In observance of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, Governor Doug Ducey has ordered that flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. This day marks the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor and memorializes the thousands of veterans and families affected by the bombing.

Governor Ducey has ordered that flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday, December 5th, for the interment of Staff Sergeant Kevin J. McEnroe, of Tucson, Arizona, who died on November 4, 2016, in Jafr, Jordan, in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. According to initial reports, Staff Sergeant McEnroe died of injuries sustained from small arms fire.
