Governor Brewer has ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset Friday, December 20, 2013, in honor of U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Two Joshua B. Silverman, who died in a helicopter crash on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in Now Bahar, Afghanistan. Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
