In coordination with the Presidential proclamation, flags at all state buildings will be lowered to half-staff immediately until sunset on Monday, September 19, as a mark of respect for the memory of Queen Elizabeth II.  

Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
