Governor Doug Ducey ordered flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset tomorrow, October 23, 2021, for the interment of La Paz County Sgt. Michael D. Rudd, who passed away on October 11th.

Flags should already be at half-staff to honor General Colin Powell. They can remain at half-staff until sunset on October 23rd.

Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
