Governor Ducey has ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset Saturday, May 16, 2015, in honor of former Governor Raúl Héctor Castro.

Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
