President Obama has ordered that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 in memory of former U.S. Senator Specter of Pennsylvania.  Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
