In memory of Senator Inouye, and in coordination with the President’s Order, Governor Brewer has ordered that flags at all state offices be lowered to half-staff from December 19, 2012 through sunset on December 23, 2012.  Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.
