President Obama has issued that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff at the White House and at all public buildings and grounds from August 6 through sunset August 10, 2012 in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.

Governor Brewer has ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in honor of Lt. Col. Raible and Sgt. Atwell. They were stationed at the MCAS Yuma, Arizona, and died September 15th while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
