Kennedy. Individuals, business, and other organizations are encouraged to join in this tribute.

Governor Brewer previously ordered the flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in honor of Phoenix Police Detective John Hobbs who was killed in a shooting late Monday afternoon in Phoenix.
